Lake Vermilion Area Wildlife

Keep your eyes and ears open (and a camera handy) for the many exciting creatures that call the Lake Vermilion area home. You may see deer, moose, mink, otter, muskrat, pine marten, raccoon, porcupine, bear and maybe even a timberwolf.  Listen for the distant howl of wolves in the evening.
